Camp Nurse
During all hours of operation, a registered nurse and/or clinic aide is on campus to help safeguard children's health. Stacy Price is our nurse year-round nurse and is available via phone at (703) 533-9711 ext. 115 or 224 and via email at sprice@csov.org.
Campers with special health concerns are encouraged to speak to the camp nurse prior to the first day of their session. The following forms may also be required depending on campers medical background:

Food Allergy Action Plan front and back
In addition to these forms, any medication turned into camp will require a Medication Authorization Form.
