Join us for a week of fun adventure and delightful discovery with our Congressional horses. Pony campers will be immersed into the world of horses by grooming, tacking up, and learning the needs of our horses. They will also learn about horse anatomy, nutition, breeds, tack, and riding disciplines. Campers will have a 30 minute in-saddle riding lesson once a day. After a week spent with our wonderful horses, your camper will discover why this is one of our most popular camps.

*All equestrian activities are weather-dependent. In the case of inclement weather, certain activities may need to be postponed or cancelled without refund. We suggest Campers bring long pants and close-toed shoes. Campers are also welcome but not required to bring riding boots with a low heel and a riding helmet. Congressional Riding staff will provide helmets for any campers who don’t have one.

We don’t have enough words of gratitude to express what the Congo Camp staff did for our two children this summer. It’s a true blessing and gift for us to have a place like Congo Camp where we can send both of our kids and know they’re going to have an amazing time under watchful eyes.
