About

Aloha! Have fun with a glimpse of the Hawaiian culture through language, stories, dance, games, and arts and crafts! At the end, parents can enjoy a hō`ike (graduation), where students will showcase what they learned. Some Hawaiian snacks will be provided during the hō`ike.

Congressional is partnering with E Ala E Hawaiian Cultural Center is a non-profit Hawaiian cultural organization headquartered in Alexandria, VA. Its mission is to preserve and perpetuate the vibrancy of the Native Hawaiian people and their culture. Classes are offered in in Arlington, VA (for both children and adults), as well as seminars, concerts, and other community events to bring people together to enjoy the Hawaiian culture in the spirit of aloha.
