Story Theater with Mrs. Gong is for students entering grades 2 and 3 in the fall. Through movement and play students will work on their reading skills including fluency, fluidity and expression. Students will read stories and then work together to bring the stories to life. They will build a small setting, practice their parts and perform their skits. In their small group, students will find their voice and gain confidence in their reading as they practice with Mrs. Gong and their peers.

My children absolutely LOVED this camp! This was our first year attending and we attended for the last three weeks. I/we wished we had known about this camp earlier in the year. We will not miss the opportunity to sign up for the entire summer! The kids looked forward to getting to the camp every day and couldn’t stop talking about their activities when they came home.
