“All the world’s a stage, and the men and women merely players.” Join us this summer as we learn exactly what it takes to make it in the world of the performing arts. Campers will study the history of theater dating back to the Ancient Greeks, build sets and props, learn lighting and sound design, and write and perform their own skits and plays. In addition, theater professionals will be on hand to teach future thespians using firsthand knowledge of the DC performing arts community.

Both of my girls attended Congressional Camp this summer – this was our first summer at the camp. Sending them to Congressional Camp was the best decision we could have made! My girls woke up on Saturdays asking to go to camp -it was a great experience for both – and such a great feeling as a parent to know your kids are well taken care of and having a blast!
