We combine classic camp experiences like swimming, sports, and campfires with innovative specialty programs that keep each summer fresh and engaging.

When you join our team, you’re becoming part of a camp community that values safety, inclusion, creativity, and fun.

No matter your background, if you have a passion for working with kids and creating a positive environment, there’s a place for you here.

Congressional Camp has provided countless memorable summers for me as both a camper and counselor. I keep coming back to work here because when I was a camper, I always remember I had great counselors who always did everything they could do to make sure we were having the best time possible. Now as a counselor, I hope to give campers the same experience my counselors had given me.

Maya

Every day when I see campers with a smile on their face as they get off the bus, I know that we have done a good job and succeeded in getting the day started off right.

Julio

I met some of my best friends at camp! Congressional Camp helps foster these relationships by creating opportunities to spend time outside of work. There’s a reason I’ve been here as long as I have. I love everything about camp!

Andrea

I’ve been a counselor at Congressional for the last ten years, and I was a Congo camper for four years. There is something about the Congressional camp culture that keeps me coming back — friendship, growth, community.

Alex

This job allowed me to plan activities for the campers. The admins were very encouraging and helpful when planning activities. Overall a fun and exciting place to work.
