About

Nature Explorers is the perfect week for our 4- and 5-year-old campers who love being outdoors and discovering the world around them. Located at Sleepy Hollow Elementary, this specialty camp immerses children in hands-on nature activities, outdoor adventures, and simple environmental investigations. Campers will search for plants and insects, explore natural materials, create nature-inspired art, and learn about the habitats and creatures they encounter.

Each day also includes themed crafts, outdoor games, and plenty of free-play opportunities to support creativity, confidence, and social development. A daily quiet reading and rest period provides time to recharge before the final activities of the afternoon.

Nature Explorers offers a gentle and engaging introduction to the wonders of the outdoors and encourages young campers to develop curiosity, care, and appreciation for the natural world.
