Velocity kids have their days filled with engaging activity zones designed to encourage them to explore the world of biking (pre-riders welcome!) and skateboarding. Campers get to build their own skateboard and engage in theme-specific activities alongside main Velocity programming. Additional Velocity activities include slacklining, obstacle courses, and team-building games. Campers will spend about an hour each day exploring the theme of the week. In this week’s camp theme, campers will transform into nature detectives! Campers will train in plant and animal identification, learn to recognize various species, and understand how to respectfully interact with nature. Scavenger hunts will challenge them to use their observational prowess while practicing responsible natural exploration, such as Leave No Trace, to become savvy eco-explorers. They’ll even craft their own bird feeder, bringing a piece of the wilderness to life right in your backyard.

I think the camp is great at having fun, outside activities and keeping the kids engaged and happy. We loved the carpool line pick-up at the end of the day.
