Brunch Club is a deliciously fun culinary camp where young chefs explore the flavors, creativity, and teamwork behind their favorite brunch dishes. Campers will whisk, mix, measure, and bake their way through a variety of age-appropriate recipes, learning basic kitchen skills and discovering new ingredients along the way. From sweet treats to savory bites, each day offers hands-on cooking activities that spark confidence and curiosity in the kitchen.

Campers will also visit the Congressional Camp pool twice a week.

This was my daughter’s 9th and last summer as a camper. She was emphatic she get to go to Congo as much as possible this summer. She’s eager to be a CIT last year. It’s been such a wonderful part of her life for as long as she can remember. It’s also great to see lasting relationships she’s built with friends and counselors year over year.
