Congo Chefs Jr. introduces young cooks to the joy of preparing simple and delicious dishes through hands-on culinary activities. Campers will learn basic kitchen skills such as mixing, measuring, chopping with kid-safe tools, and following recipes as they create a variety of sweet and savory foods. Each day encourages creativity, teamwork, and confidence as campers explore new ingredients and practice making meals they can proudly share.
Campers will also visit the Congressional Camp pool twice a week.
