Have you ever wondered what kinds of creatures roamed the Earth millions of years ago? Fun with Fossils invites young paleontologists to step into the past and uncover ancient secrets through hands-on discovery. Campers will examine real and replica fossils, dig for buried treasures, learn how scientists identify prehistoric creatures, and create fossil-inspired art and models. Each day encourages curiosity, imagination, and scientific thinking as campers explore the mysteries of Earth’s distant history.

Campers will also visit the Congressional Camp pool twice a week.

CONGO is one of the highest quality camps in the DC area, and probably in the country. As the mom of a kid with special needs (social anxiety, etc), I can’t tell you how much I love CONGO.
