Join us for a Storybook Summer! In this class, students will build pre-reading skills through shared stories and playful exploration of books. Children will be introduced to phonics skills such as letter–sound relationships and blending sounds, while also practicing listening comprehension and identifying basic story elements like characters, setting, problem, and solution. Students will engage with books in a variety of ways that support early literacy skills and foster a love of reading as they prepare for first grade.

My children absolutely LOVED this camp! This was our first year attending and we attended for the last three weeks. I/we wished we had known about this camp earlier in the year. We will not miss the opportunity to sign up for the entire summer! The kids looked forward to getting to the camp every day and couldn’t stop talking about their activities when they came home.
