Why Congressional Camp?
Big adventures. Big friendships. Big smiles.
Why Families Choose Congressional Camp
Congressional Camp is built to feel like a real summer: outdoors, active, and full of moments kids talk about all year. With programs for ages 4–14 across two campuses, families choose Congo Camp because it combines big camp experiences with the structure and support of a school-based program.
Set on a 40-acre campus with wooded trails, athletic fields, outdoor learning spaces, an equestrian area, and the Rameika Family Aquatics Center, campers have room to explore and grow.
Across Day Camp, Great Adventures, Specialty Camps, Travel Camps, and CIT, kids build confidence the best way possible: by trying, playing, creating, and belonging.
Big Experiences They Can’t Get Everywhere
From the first day, campers jump into the kind of activities that make summer feel legendary: the 40-foot rock wall, horses, gaga ball, and an aquatic center that keeps hot days fun.
Day Camp runs on a 3-day rotating schedule that keeps things fresh, and daily swimming in newly renovated pools (with a diving board, slide, and splash pad) is a highlight for many campers.
And the community is real: Congo Conquest, Camp Olympics, and the Lip Sync Contest bring the whole camp together in ways that build confidence, teamwork, and belonging.

The People Who Make Camp Feel Like Home
Great camp starts with great people. Congressional Camp is led by a team of full-time educators and camp professionals, and your specialists, lifeguards, ropes course staff, and support teams complete extensive training so fun and safety stay connected every day.
Campers are supported by caring adults who know how to keep days upbeat, organized, and welcoming. And because your programs are designed to grow with kids, older campers can step into leadership through the Counselor-in-Training program, which includes training, mentorship, and coaching.
